SimShaker for DCS World and Falcon BMS hotfix 1.1.1.19

Hi pilots,
we have an urgent update today:

• DCS: FW-190D error fixed;
• DCS: FW-190D Payload release effect added;
• DCS: MiG-15bis Stall shudders effect fixed;
• DCS and BMS: G-feeling effect option "No shake at 1G (shift)" replaced by a configurable dead zone.

Since SimShaker now checks for updates in background, after the application starts, you will be prompted to update on the second launch.
