SimShaker for DCS World and Falcon BMS update 1.1.1.18

Hi pilots,
we have another update:

• DCS: restored DCS World Steam edition support (DCS World need to be installed in the default Steam folder);
• DCS and BMS: update check will be performed in the background, after appication start;
• Sound Module will be started in normal window mode (not minimized);
• DCS: minor GUI changes;
• DCS: restart self error when administrator rights needed fixed.
• DCS: Added damage effects for JetSeat and transducer (mono only as yet);
• DCS and BMS: Improved stall shudders effect, at pistons especially;
• DCS and BMS:  G-feeling effect got option "No shake at 1G (shift)", - G-forse is shifted by -1 from it's real value.

Chaff/Flare Dispense gain sliders added 

• Main Rotor Whirl effect at DCS helicopters fixed;
• added support for DCS L-39ZA;
• G-feeling effect (switched off by default) spreaded to cover BMS F-16;
• Chaff/Flare Dispense gain sliders added to let you control the effect;
• other minor GUI changes made.
