new in this version:
- added Project CARS 2 shared memory reading. To enable this option please mark Read Shared Memory 2 checkbox in Project CARS1/2 options at Game Specific Settings tab;
- added Customized Samples Subfolder selector on the Advanced Options tab. Please read this my post to find more details;
- SimShaker - Wheels main window position on the screen now remembered.
