new in this version:
- Assetto Corsa Competizione telemetry issue affected Road Surface/Bump Effect finally fixed, so I returned the effects to its normal operation mode;
- at the 3rd tab added checkbox "Start Minimized", this is a common setting for all presets;
- SimShaker - Wheels main window now will start with no focus on it (not activated) to prevent "stealing" the focus from the game;
- activation window minor GUI changes.
